1. Government of Delhi: 'Lab on Wheels' program started
✔️ Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia has inaugurated the 'Lab on
Wheels' program of Delhi Technological University.
✔️ The program will enable university students to travel in a bus across
Delhi to teach government school students and underprivileged children.
✔️ This lab on wheel vehicle also has 17 computers, 2 large TVs, a 3D
printer, AC and a printer for people use.
✔️ It will be Wi-Fi enabled, with 100 percent power back up and fully
air-conditioned.
2. S. Ramann: New Chairman and Managing Director of SIDBI appointed
✔️ Recently, S. Ramann has been appointed as the new Chairman and Managing
Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) by the
Government of India.
✔️ The appointment is for 3 years.
✔️ His name was recommended by the Bank Board Bureau.
✔️ Is an autonomous and advisory body of the Government of India.
✔️ It aims to improve the governance of public sector banks.

3. Dr. Harsh Vardhan and Arjun Munda: Inauguration of Tribal Health
Cooperation 'Anamay'
✔️ The Union Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan and the
Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Mr. Arjun Munda, jointly organized the
Tribal Health Cooperation, 'Anamaya' through video conference on April 07,
2021. ) '.
✔️ This initiative is supported by the Piramal Foundation and the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).
✔️ Anamay is a multi-stakeholder initiative to transform the efforts of
various government agencies and organizations to enhance the health and
nutritional status of India's tribal communities.
✔️ As part of this collaboration, the Ministry to take policy initiatives in
tribal health to establish a National Council on Tribal Health, to closely
monitor healthcare delivery in tribal areas and to devise mechanisms for
implementing the Tribal Health Action Plan Will undertake many

✔️ Wipro Ltd. selected previous Walmart leader Subha Tatavarti as its Chief
Technology Officer.

5. CJI: Apex court launches AI-powered research portal 'SUPACE'
✔️ The Supreme Court of India has launched its Artificial Intelligence
Portal "SUPACE" (Supreme Court Portal for Assistance in Courts
Efficiency).
✔️ Through this portal, SC has the idea of leveraging machine learning to
deal with the huge amount of data received at the time of filing of
cases.
✔️ Justice L. Nageswara Rao, who is also the chairman of the SC's Artificial
Intelligence Committee, delivered the inaugural address during the virtual
launch of SUPACE.
✔️ Chief Justice of India (CJI) SA Bobde was the 1st chairman of the (AIC)
Artificial Intelligence Committee.
✔️ CJI Bobde spoke of the use of AI to assist the Supreme Court immediately
after taking oath as Chief Justice in 2019.
6. PM Modi: Indian projects started in Seychelles
✔️ PM Modi and Seychelles President Wavell Ramkalwan jointly inaugurated a
series of Indian projects in Seychelles on 8 April 2021.
✔️ The event included a joint e-opening of the new Magistrate Court Building
and handing over a Fast Patrol Vessel to the Seychelles Coast Guard.
✔️ It also included the inauguration of a solar power plant and 10 community
development projects.
7. Central government: 14 highway projects approved in Jharkhand
✔️ The Center has approved 14 highway projects worth ₹ 670 crore in
Jharkhand.
✔️ These projects have been approved for construction of 127.93 km of
highways.
✔️ The projects, besides widening a portion of NH-143B at a cost of 81.59
crore, include the strengthening and reconstruction of a section on NH-333A
in the state at 76.5 crore.
✔️ The strengthening of a section of NH-100 in Jharkhand was also
approved.
8. Government of Uttar Pradesh: Special vaccination campaign started
✔️ The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a special focused COVID
vaccination campaign from 8 April 2021.
✔️ The campaign will focus on beneficiaries of various social groups who are
over 45 years of age.
✔️ This campaign will continue till 23 April 2021.
✔️ The Chief Medical Officer in all the districts of the state will be in
charge of this operation.
9. Government of Madhya Pradesh: will work five days a week
✔️ In Madhya Pradesh, all government offices in the state will work five
days a week from Monday to Friday for the next three months.
✔️ The decision was taken in a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister
Shivraj Singh Chauhan in view of the increasing transition of Corona in the
state.
✔️ Also, there will be a lockdown every Sunday until further orders.
10. President Kovind: promulgated an ordinance
✔️ President Ram Nath Kovind proclaimed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
(Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 on 4 April 2021.
✔️ On 31 March 2021, the Union Cabinet approved the proposal to amend the
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
✔️ The amendments are intended to provide an efficient alternative
bankruptcy resolution framework for corporate individuals classified as
MSMEs under Sahita.
11. FIFA: Pakistan and Chad football associations suspended
✔️ FIFA has suspended the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) and the Chadian
Football Association (FTFA) with immediate effect due to claims of outside
interference.
✔️ The suspension will be lifted as soon as the relevant decisions of the
government are repealed.
✔️ A group of football officials led by Ashfaq Hussain, selected by the
Supreme Court to run PFF in 2018 but not recognized by FIFA, recently took
over the headquarters and Harun Malik ( Haroon Malik) lifted the control
from the FIFA Normalization Committee headed by.
✔️ The decision to suspend the PFF was prompted by a "hostile takeover",
which severely violated its statutes.
✔️ Pakistan was also suspended by FIFA in 2017 for third-party
interference.
✔️ Chadian's Ministry of Youth and Sports was suspended on March 10 after
dissolving the country's FA and appointing new officials to conduct the
